Orders are usually fulfilled and /or shipped same day, however we ask that you allow 1 business day for shipping. 

Free Pick up Available at our store just choose the Pick up in store option at checkout.

 

Delivery:

Packages returned to Sweetbb for whatever reason will reship upon customer being notified and repayment of shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Sweetbb is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Lost/Stolen Items:

Lost/Stolen Items are rare, but in the event that a package becomes lost or stolen Sweetbb will not be held responsible. We provide tracking and if shipped usps priority you can file a claim though them.
